How much is the trend of land prices in Bangkok in 2023?

The Treasury Department has announced an overview of new land prices that will increase from the country by an average of 8% in the Bangkok area. The price has increased by an average of 3%.

The highest land prices remained in the economically important CBD area (Core Central Business District) and areas near the electric train lines. But due to the relatively slow economic situation from the recent Covid situation The Treasury Department has considered to postpone the announcement of the new land appraisal price for another year. Therefore, in 2023, the land appraisal price for the year 2016-2019 is still used as before, although this price has not yet been officially used. But it is a price trend that may be applied in the future. Let’s see how much price adjustments will be made in each area in the future.
